What is the Scranton Business Alliance? The Scranton Business Alliance (SBA) is a vibrant and energetic group of more than 200 representatives from businesses throughout Downtown Scranton. They represent unique restaurants, specialty clothes and jewelry boutiques, historic and tourist attractions, hotels, and services. Downtown Scranton is their livelihood, and they are its future. Under the direction of Scranton Tomorrow, the SBA has become active in partnering with Downtown events and participating in group advertising, all to promote Downtown Scranton as THE place in Northeastern Pennsylvania to “eat, shop, play and stay!”
